After the Bridge2Bridge ride in Penang yesterday, we have to split our ways. Some have to go back to Kuala Lumpur for their daily routine, left the ten of us, the so called “free men”, drive further north to the next destination for a round island ride – Langkawi. But first, we will stay a night in the smallest state of Malaysia – Perlis, and see what this state has to offered.
Halfway from the highway, we went to Alor Setar town for this juicy, spicy, a must try awesome nasi lemak (Coconut juice rice). After this, we drove straight to our homestay at Perlis.

Perlis, the smallest state in Malaysia. At the northern part of the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia and the border of Satun,Thailand. A state which is small, less develop and dull. Cautiously unattractive, definitely; mostly dull. Even looking for food was a challenge. But thanks to my “sexytary”, Miss Google Maps, led us to a beautiful, isolated seafood restaurant at “Don’t-know-where”. And there were only 10 of us plus another three customers, in the restaurant….. Wonder how this restaurant would survived.

The “Don’t know where” Restaurant has beautiful sunset.
The “Don’t know where” Restaurant.
There has no night activities in this town, no place to go or explore after dinner, even hardly see people walking in the street, only few convenient stores. So there is nothing to talk about. We just headed back to our homestay after dinner and called it a day. Tomorrow will be our riding day, to Langkawi.
