BIDOR TO GOPENG – 64km
Woke up at 7:00am with butt pain, ya, another butt pain ride. I guess probably due to the new cycling pants, the “close encounter” of the fibre and my butt and sanded a layer of my skin away. Damn… (Guess i’m not a pro cyclist, never heard of cyclist complain about their butt.)
7:30 a.m., the sky was shiny bright, it’s gonna be a hot day. anyway, fear not, I came prepared with a secret weapon to battle against the heat.
After all sets, we rolled out at 8:00 a.m.
Came out from Bidor town, we continue from yesterday’s route 1 heading to the first town, Tapah. Traffic was good, hardly seen any vehicles. Most of the time was just us riding on the road. This is the pleasure when riding in Malaysia’s rural area, most of the time you are like the king of the road. Today was a scenic ride, most of the time we were riding along the foot hill, surrounded by green mountains.
We came to the central point of Perak District, The Tapah Post Office. There is a mile stone in front of the office marked 0 km.
After Tapah, we headed north to Chenderiang, the Lata Kinjang waterfall is along the way. It is a massive waterfall where it can easily be seen from North-South Highway if you travel by car from Kuala Lumpur towards north. This place was like heaven to us after a long hot ride. We chilled in the cooling water for about 30 minutes, had simple lunch and rolled out again.
There was a long…long…long…climb, just after the waterfall, but after the climb, the descend was fun. It was a nice path though, butterflies along the path when we rode through. Sadly because we were overjoy with the descend, no one stop and take picture for the butterfly.
早上7:00 起身感觉屁股隐隐作痛，我想，可能是新裤的纤维和屁股有段太亲密的接触，爱得死去活来的感觉吧。。。哎，又一个屁股开花之骑。（ 狗！！！）
7:30am, 太阳已经暗示今天他将会以无限的热情来拥抱我们，要收我们为”太阳的后裔“。。。（狗！）不过，无用惊！（闽语）我已经预备了一个秘密武器“同佢死过” （粤语）。
8:00am, 一切就绪， 出发。
我们继续昨天的一号路线向北朝打巴前进，一路上门前车马稀（就是没车的意思啦！），大多时都是我们这十一条来自吉隆坡的好汉霸占整条公路。
来到霹雳洲的中心点，打巴邮政局。当然，在邮局前刻有0 公里的石碑打个卡，拍个自恋照，留根脚毛，这是列常公式。
打巴之后前往积莪营，沿途经过霹雳洲著名的地標，拉打金江瀑布。此瀑布就坐落于南北大道旁。如果从吉隆坡驾车取道南北大道往北走，远远看到“银河之水天上来”， 就是这个瀑布了。
没预料到从瀑布出来之后是个斜玻，还以为可能刚才泡在水里太久的原故；就好像发糕浸在水里太久会发的原理；身体发水重了，踩不动。。。却原来是在爬坡。。。不过长长的优美的下坡路就是我们的赏赐。在这下坡的羊肠小径有不少大型的蝴蝶伴随飞舞，点缀着美丽的奇景，只可惜我们太享受“飞滚”下山的感觉，没人停下拍照。

6:30pm终于结束今天的骑遊，可怜了我的屁股。。。泣。。。
